This position will be responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned property under the direction of the Property Manager. Perform such tasks associated with the operation of the property including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance and actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. The APM works closely with the Property Manager in preparation for the movement into Property Manager Position.
